调整心态,冲刺!
高一(7)班 黄嘉彤
尊敬的各位老师,亲爱的同学们,大家早上好。我是来自高一七班的黄嘉彤。
转眼间,时间又这么过去了。我们在过去的一年中有得有失,有了很多的收获和回忆。时光流逝,在迎接快乐的暑假之前,期末考也悄悄地来临了。不知道大家现在的心情如何,是紧张焦虑,抑或是自信满满。
考前的复习时间总是紧张忙碌的,每天总能看到教学楼的楼梯间、走廊上、教室里到处是埋头苦读或者背诵课文的同学。有的人争分夺秒,每天早上早早地定闹钟起床,晚上熄灯后还开着小台灯复习功课,到很晚才回宿舍。甚至有人为了珍惜半个钟的学习时间,牺牲了自己的午饭或者晚饭。虽然没有到古时候头悬梁锥刺股的地步,但这一幕一幕,还是让人感慨万分。
这种努力的精神固然让人佩服与赞叹,然而今天我想说的是,在我们为学习奋斗的同时,一定要注意好自己的身体。在没有食物的能量积蓄时,你是否觉得肚子空空,没有力气,甚至感到胃痛;大脑失去足够的休息时间时,你是否在课上没有精神,感到困倦疲惫,无法集中注意力。可见,这些做法都是不可取的,早起晚睡以及放弃吃饭都是不被鼓励的行为。我们应当做的是要学会取舍,利用好平日里的零碎时间,提高学习的效率。把握好该学习的时间,在该休息的时候给自己放松一下,好好睡个午觉,给自己充足的睡眠。学习时也可以给自己准备一些小食物,必要时补充能量。在备战期末考时,切记要以照顾好身体,以正常的生活规律为前提。
考试只是学习的一次检验,只要尽力,就问心无愧,因此同学们要有好的心态,不要过分紧张,要学会将压力转为动力。
黎明的曙光已经在前方,不要去计较你以前曾经的挥霍和浪费,要为自己而打一场战斗。在这最后的几天,请抛弃你的胆怯和迷茫,聚集你的精神,做最后的拼搏。相信自己,一定可以。最后,也衷心祝愿大家在期末考中取得优异的成绩。

A speech about health

Good morning my dear teachers and fellow students. I am TongYi from class5 senior1.
Today my topic is ‘health’.
How is the topic come up with?
As the final exam is approaching, our students are getting busier and busier. Because of lacking of time, many students can’t rest well and taste good. So we need to regain the healthy habit.
I’d like to divide it into three parts: healthy lifestyle, healthy eating habit and healthy state of mind.
A healthy lifestyle requires us to have a regular and healthy timetable. Having a good rest is necessary in order to have a high-quality and effective study. Plenty of rest can also make our mind clear when learning. Doing sports is also extremely important. It is not only do good to our body but also make our mind active.
A healthy eating habit is linked to the performance you have in studying and communicating with one another. The healthier food you eat, the better you body shows. A healthy eating diet contains enough mineral, all sorts of vitamins and enough energy. Eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. It is widely accepted that the meat you eat is unhealthy.
The last but the most important one is having a healthy state of mind. A healthy state of mind means we should be optimistic and out-going. We should have a happy mind towards everything including bad things. You will perform better in your study and your daily lives with the help of a happy mind.
