如何让你的假期过得更加有意义
高一（3）班 童婧
尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家好！我是来自高一（3）班的童婧。今天我要发言的题目是：如何让你的假期过得更加有意义。
过完这个星期，又到了大家期待的假期了。或许在放假刚开始的时候，我们都在设想自己的假期，可是一个暑假下来，我们却把大部分的时间花在了几寸大的电子产品上。其实，生活中有很多东西都比电子产品、网络有意义。例如出外旅游、小型的同学聚会、制定一个学习计划等。那如何才能使自己的假期过得充实且快乐呢？我想和大家分享一些我对假期的想法：
1．当义工。相信很多同学对这个词并不陌生。像之前学校的义工社、街舞社为四川雅安灾区募捐善款，还有社会实践社暑期的果园体验活动等，都是我们丰富自己假期生活的好方法。我们通过义工活动，可以更加切身的接触社会、了解社会，体验社会，也能够帮到更多需要帮助的人。我也曾经参加过义工活动，辛苦、疲惫，这些当然都已是不在话下的了。可是当你结束义工活动后，你所体会到的感受都是满满的收获与满足。而且，当今的大学已经不仅仅是看你的成绩了，他所看重的，还有个人的综合素质，倘若你比别人多了些社会实践的经历，或许你的心仪大学，优先考虑的，便是你。
2．制定一个学习计划。一个假期回来，我们都要升到更高的年级，学习的知识更加深奥，我们可以利用假期的时间，预习下新知识。这对自己的学习状况，有百利而无一害。
3．可以适量的锻炼身体。其实有很多同学放假后都窝在自己的空调房里，作宅男宅女。一个假期下来，真正的锻炼次数是少之又少。 其实，每天饭后在外散步半个小时以上，也是一种身体锻炼的方式。
最后，最重要的还是安全问题。湛江市廉江区多名学生结伴到海边游泳，2名学生溺水身亡，5月10日，增城市三名学生结伴外出游泳，一名学生溺水身亡，更为严重的是，5月11日，惠州市博罗县5名学生在东江边烧烤时，1名学生不慎落水，其他4名学生在施救过程中均落水，导致5名学生溺水身亡。而这些例子，正不无时无刻的告诉我们，应该重视安全问题，这样才可以让安全的隐患远离我们，最后祝愿同学们度过一个愉快、美好的暑假生活。

Summer holiday

Good morning my dear teachers and fellow students. I am Wang Yixue from class3 senior 1. Today my topic is Summer holiday
Summer holiday is the most exciting thing we are looking forward to, because we can do whatever we want in the summer holiday, traveling, reading and so on . All kinds of activities can enrich our summer holiday.
But how can we lead a full and meaningful summer vacation? Adults often tell us to combine work and rest, but it is not what I want to talk about.
In my opinion, now that we have a lot of time in summer vacation, why not do something meaningful?
With the development of society, being a volunteer has become more and more important in the social life and people pay more attention to what they can do for the society.
If one can help others in return for nothing, he or she will surely be highly thought of by society
There are lots of social jobs we can do ,for example, in this summer holiday the Youth league will organize a trip to Guangxi and many students have joined us , which is a good chance for us to improve our ability.
As far as I am concerned, we do voluntary work not only to enrich our resume, but can really benefit from it. It leads you to a different life as well as helps you learn more about the society we live in. What’s more, it can improve your communication skills and make you feel more confident and be more optimistic towards life. At the same time, you can also make many new friends and have a more colorful summer vacation.
But don’t forget summer holiday is also a good time for us to do some revision and preparation for our study .
Come on, my classmates, it’s time to make us a special holiday. Let’s do sth! Thank you!
