2. A Speech made by President Yedda of Students’Council 3Min
3. Presentations made by candidates (26*4Min=104Min)
4. Honorable Certificate issued to 5 present chairs (prepared by Diane&Joy)

5. Director Eric declares the result of the election.
( Tiffany is responsible for counting the votes.)
6.Issue the letter of appointment to the newly-born chairs (prepared by Oscar)
