[color=darkred] Part 1[/color] Yesterday I went to a senior center to visit some elder people. As I know, the elder people aren’t always respected by the young people, so when we arrived center, all the elders became very happy. They told us all about their lives and family. They were happy to share the stories with us. Then they asked me many question too. During the communication, I found that many of them were very great, for example. Among them there was a old lady who work as a secretary of the IBM company. Another man was a violin teacher when he was young. He also gave many shows in many places. I found that some of them had been to china before, some for work, some for just a visit. They all think china is a great country and they loved china and Chinese people. Then we gave some shows for them and they spoke highly of us. At the end, we said goodbye to them. They said it was very nice to meet us. We were all had a wonderful time with the elders. I hope not only in America but also all over the world there will be more and more people respecting the elder. Because they had make a contribution to our world. [color=darkred] Part 2[/color] Yesterday afternoon, we went to the police station and fire station. We had nothing to do in the police station. We just listened to the policeman talked about the thing that I didn’t care about. Then the man took us look around the station. There was a small prison in the station, but no person was in it. The smell of the prison was not good. The only happy thing in the station was that Kevin was regarded as a car thief for an example, we all laughed. We also took some photos in the police car. And I think the car was very cool. The policeman was great. Then we went to the fire station for visit I prefer stayed at the fire station to stayed the police station. The firemen were very friendly to us and gave us a warm welcome. The station was very clean and big. The things in the station were all made me very excited .I took many cool photos there. [color=darkred] Part 3[/color] This weekend I had two big parties in our house. I have fun with the friends of my host parents and their kids. And I tried many delicious foods during the party and on satrday morning, I went to the basketball museum called Hall of fame. The Hall was a new one. There were many famous basketball players’ and coaches’ things in the hall. The most amazing thing was that I saw some of the champion rings. There were also some pictures of them. After the visiting all of the things, I went to the first stairs to play basketball. On Sunday afternoon, we went to a movie. We enjoyed ourselves in the movie. But there was one thing that troubled me. Sometimes I didn’t know some of the words they said. [color=darkred]Part 4 [/color] Today, we have been to two of the most famous universities in the world. One is MIT the other one is Harvard. Although Harvard is more known by people around the world. But I like MIT better than Harvard. I don’t really know the reason for that, it’s just my felling. MIT is bigger than Harvard, and it has long history of its buildings. May be is 90 years or more. I like the buildings at the MIT. They looked very smart and new all though it has such a long history. I think MIT is doing everything good for the students and among the students there are a lot of interesting stories about MIT, I learned one of them by my guide. Our guide is a student of MIT and she is from china, Beijing. I enjoyed myself during the trip of MIT. Then in the afternoon we went to Harvard and we have good time there too.
