The fifth model United Nations meeting had been lasted for four days. The conference successfully concluded on 8th,May.
　The first day of the meeting raised up seven motions. All countries were actively strive for  the rights of their countries at the meeting such as how to deal the air pollution, how to manage water quality,  how to establish sustainable energy share organization, and how to set up the international technology development committee. The dear delegates discussed the  problems about the industrial transfer and clean energy research organization. The atmosphere on the floor was active.
　On the second day of the meeting there were 6 moderated caucuses in conference, including discussing the working paper 1.1 and 1.2; discussing the position to Kyoto Protocol; dealing with the problem of industrial relocation;  solving the green house effect and the specific measures and the relationship between economy and environment. Most of the countries advocated that reducing the carbon dioxide emissions is the first priority. Countries were all willing to cooperate with other nations and glad to solve this problem all together.
　On the third day there was a crisis for the dear delegates on the floor. America was found a ship which was pouring waste into South China Sea. There is a chain of rubbish-transported from the developed countries to the developing countries. The delegates expressed their views about the incident. After a long time to discuss, each blog worked out a draft directly to solve the incident. However, none of the draft directives passed after voting.
　Today is the last day of the United Nation Meeting. The first moderated caucus of today is measuring about reducing marine pollution. As one of the developed countries , Israel promised that they would provide technology to reduce the pollution. Singapore declared that they would like to help developing countries to set up sewage system and needed mineral resource in return.
　The conference discussed desertification and global climate change. All the countries expressed the willing of cooperation. As to the management of hazardous waste, all the countries realized the harm of hazardous waste and promised that they would have a preference to take positive  measures to solve this problem.
  With the music of global village and the laugher of the delegates, the hard but significant conference was finally concluded successfully. All the countries reached a consensus on the environment protecting. Xinhua News Agency reported.
