　  Working paper 2.1 was the first thing to be mentioned on the floor. And some countries expressed their opinions about that. Their points about it were the green house gas and measures to solve it.Many countries were willing to cooperate with other countries to work out the problem.
  　Also there was a crisis happened about America was found a ship which transported rubbish to China. There is a chain of rubbish-transported from the developed countries to the developing countries. The delegates expressed their views about the incident and they soon worked out two draft resolution to solve the incident.
  　After the voting, two draft resolution were all failed. And some measures were proposed: First, Those developed countries which poured wastes into sea should try their best to help the developing countries solve the pollution and there should be a cooperation. Second, both the developed countries and developing countries would send professionals to clear the pollution. Third, all countries would establish the legal system about rubbish-transported. Etc
