April, 9th, 7:30pm (Xinhua) -----The new round of Model United Nations began.All the countries were present. The nuclear “war” broke out. The whole meeting came up 4 motions. And un-moderated caucus was come up twice. All countries discuss their attitude to the motion violently.
    America gave out the motion about nuclear protective umbrella organization which at link to the IAEA. The bloc of China had brought up a chain of specific measure. But according to Chinese bloc, they think that the English blocs were misunderstanding their motion. And these make the motion became meaningless.  The French brought up the motion about transparency to nuclear. They thought that the motion they gave out was the best motion which linked to the IAEA. And the motion had brought a chain of measures to handle the nuclear problem.

    Our journalist interviewed the delegate of French, they hope that all delegate can bring out some constructive suggestions, and have the motion about IAEA shortcoming. In the end, French delegate hoped that they can get to a common view in the next day.
    The meeting yesterday was not successful, the topics they talked were useless to the result , we are expecting they can have better representation tomorrow.
